Roof maintenance is very important. The average home owner only looks at their roof twice, when it is new, and when it leaks, unless of course they don't get it fixed, and it keeps leaking.

This article is very informative and it relates to me a great deal, seeing that I am a
roofing contractor. Every month I am talking to a client about a new project that they would like have done to their roof.

I always like to go over the process of the repair, walk the roof with the client (like this article mentioned), and start to write the contract. I make sure that the client completely understands what the project entails; what the contract involves; and who is responsible for what.

Having a client understand every aspect of the project helps to save time, money, and headaches.
