New Form I-9 Required as of April 3rd...

Effective Friday, April 3, 2009, all United States employers are required to use the revised Form I-9 to verify the employment eligibility of all new hires and re-verifications. The requirement is outlined in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") interim final rule published on December 17, 2008.
